Great starting place for understanding the controlling behaviours - holding my head so I have to watch something and rewinding over and over if I even blink for example!

Great very useful, but it would be helpful if you stated how long each course took. As trying to do courses in short spaces of time and then suddenly realising this in a 40 minute course (or some are over an hour) is difficult. I'm happy to do longer courses but would like to be prepared!

The course leader does a brilliant job of explaining why children can demonstrate controlling behaviours. She shares strategies for helping to regulate the child and help them feel safe.
