WOW As always hitting the nail on the head. ( not a phrase I would use with Maesie ) I am feeling this way but feel guilty for feeling it. As I was listening this morning I am decluttering my bedroom. It's so lovely to know I am not aline with this. You lot are Flipping amazing. Thank you

I'd like to see a workshop that focuses on the strategies to manage CF and actually spends time making a management plan. A bit like the difference between Counselling and CBT, where CBT actually gives you the toolkit to manage what counselling identifies as route causes.
