In this course we will review the effects of attachment on development, how this is different for children with a background of trauma.  ​

You will be given the insight to understand the importance of connection and empathy.

​Finally, the trainer will explain how to develop a dialogue between the parent and child, incorporating Therapeutic Parenting.

A great course with some meaningful content. It really is important to accept children for where and who they are now. The hard part is trying to manage our own triggers by being aware. Pausing is a must technique. The audio on this video is very poor. This does unfortunately make it hard to listen to what is being said.
